Matt Le Patourel - Systems Consultant

Matt has extensive IT experience in a variety of areas which provides excellent support to his Resolution clients. Having obtained his Higher National Certificate in Business and IT, he continued his education on a variety of IT areas whilst employed in the IT department of a large local utility. Matt has been involved with the implementation and support (including user training) for some very large business systems including e mail and file archiving and e mail control management. He is very familiar with Active Directory and DHCP firmware, backup systems (Symantec), terminal servers (Citrix) and their associated services.  Included in his knowledge is Microsoft Windows server 2000, 2003, 2008, Windows 2000, XP, Vista and the newly released Windows 7.

Matt is also an Apple Certified Support Professional which greatly benefits existing and future customers who require local Apple Mac OS x support. 

Matt’s skills of a larger business environments where there is a need for a more diverse yet controlled environment where the computer up time and security of the systems is relied upon by so many is paramount and certainly adds to Resolutions skill base.
