Reference to 'Resolution IT’ is therefore to Resolution IT Limited the legal entity. Reference to a ‘Director’ is to a director in Resolution IT Limited. Reference to a ‘Consultant’ is to an employee who is employed within Resolution IT Limited who is not a Director.
