Resolution IT Announces New Appointments to Team
IT support and service company Resolution IT has expanded its existing team with the announcement of three, key staff appointments; Dan Hadlington and Chris Loughlin as Systems Consultants and Christine Willcocks as Administration Assistant.
Dan Hadlington has worked within the IT industry for seven years and has a comprehensive knowledge that varies from home users to corporate organisational support. He is a qualified computer engineer and holds the AVCE (Advanced Vocational Certificate of Education) in IT and is a recognised Microsoft Certified Professional. He is an expert in many aspects of IT hardware and software including networking, wireless, back up, virus removal and other essential business applications.
Chris Loughlin has a vast knowledge of first and second line support, including remote engineering. He is a qualified Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician and has extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems including Windows XP and the recently released Windows 7. Chris has also worked closely with Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, Desktop Software and Operating System Deployment.
Christine Willcocks joins Resolution IT with a background of over 19 years of experience within the IT sector. A former employee of NRG International, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ricoh Co Ltd Japan, her experience spans the global industry. She has an enviable knowledge of customer service, marketing and sales support within a technology environment.
Director Olly Duquemin said the appointments form part of the expansion of the locally owned company and its commitment to providing the highest standards of customer service.
