Aircraft Servicing Company
An existing aircraft servicing company customer of Resolution IT needed to upgrade their systems. They were running a peer to peer network and were experiencing performance issues. Added to this the vast growth of the company in the past 12 months required a more efficient IT solution to match the new workload.
Resolution IT was able to provide them with a comprehensive 3 to 5 year solution. We have utilised Microsoft’s virtualization platform Hyper-V, to provide them with a file and print server, Exchange 2007, Sharepoint and a Remote Desktop Services (Terminal Services) solution. This enables users to login and work from any workstation including remote working for those users who require this feature. The application access speed is vastly improved from the old system with users commenting about the improved performance. This setup also provides a complete business continuity package.
