Using our monitoring system, we monitor your critical servers throughout the day; any problems or potential problems, are reported directly to our engineers.

Preventative Maintenance
Resolution IT Health Checks try to identify faults before they become a problem and ensure your servers run as efficiently as possible to prevent disruption or downtime.
At Resolution IT we provide comprehensive server “Health Checks” which involve us running test restores of the backup, installing any required service packs and security updates, ensuring there is adequate free storage space, checking UPS Equipment (backup battery) is fully operational and thoroughly checking the general state of the server and event logs.
