Services Overview

Resolution IT  provides IT support and services to home users and small to medium sized businesses in Guernsey. We endeavour to do more than just fix IT problems; we provide advice and recommendations that will enable IT to contribute more to the customers business.  Many users cannot afford an in house IT resource; we can provide this resource for customers with guaranteed response times without the customers incurring permanent staff costs.  As management in Resolution IT we realised that, being a new company, and asking people to trust us with their lifeline IT systems, it was important to establish from the start - creditability, capability, creativity and continuity, the four ‘C’s. Overall the big ‘C’ was to focus on them, the Customer and not on the small ‘c’ competitor.

We did not want to be the same as the rest, we wanted to differentiate and make our offering more unique and more valuable.  

We did this or we should say we are doing this as it is an ongoing philosophy. Customers see we are credible, creative and capable. They also see we work very efficiently and our continuity is assured if we continue our ongoing focus on the big ‘C’ – our Customer’s perspective.
