Implementation of updated systems with security at the forefront of the design stage
Network Insurance & Financial Planning, an independently owned insurance broker and financial adviser offering a personal, tailored service.
Replace the complete IT systems. Security was a high priority so the system needed to be built from the bottom up with security at the forefront of all recommendations.
- Office 365
- Next generation firewall
- Next generation anti-virus
- Fibre broadband
- Highest security of client data
- Completion and passing of Cyber Essentials certification
- GDPR compliant system
Implementation of a hybrid solution utilising the latest technologies from Office 365 and Microsoft Server 2016 to provide the end client with a secure, reliable and future-proof solution to last the next 5-7 years.
Cyber Essentials certification was easily achieved after implementation, as the system was built to meet and exceed its requirements, demonstrating the importance Network Insurance & Financial Planning places on the confidentiality of client data.
The client used fibre broadband to ensure access to cloud solutions was achieved seamlessly, as if the systems were located in their own offices. Implementing cloud hybrid solutions has resulted in significant cost savings and improved security.
"The Resolution IT team has provided us with valuable support and advice from the initial tender stage, through to on boarding as a client. Their extensive knowledge is conveyed in a friendly, jargon free manner. We opted for the Platinum Support package which is great as it fixed our monthly IT costs and enables our team to resolve any issues immediately.
I have no doubt that our IT interests are in the safest of hands."
